CANCELLATION POLICY
As Rejuvenate holds the room and Gemma's time just for your visit, denying others this space, a MINIMUM 24 HOURS NOTICE MUST BE GIVEN TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL APPOINTMENTS. We understand that things occur in life that we have little control over, however if your appointment cannot be filled within short notice there will be a 50% CANCELLATION FEE. Please note FAILURE TO ARRIVE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT (No Show) WILL INCUR A 100% CANCELLATION FEE and any vouchers being used will become void. Should you No Show for an appointment and have future bookings with Rejuvenate these will be cancelled without notice. Rejuvenate will text you a reminder the day before your appointment to reconfirm.

Rejuvenate is located in the big white Villa next to the block of shops (Video Ezy & Pizza Hut) close to the roundabout. Come through the first gate and follow the path down the left side of the house (it's signposted), through the second little gate and at the back of the house there is a door with the Rejuvenate sign on it, please just ring the bell.

Rejuvenate reserves the right to cancel any booking and provide email notification of doing so, if a booking is in breach of these terms. No booking is confirmed until you receive confirmation via email.

GIFT VOUCHER POLICY
Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months only and are NOT redeemable after this date. Please treat your Gift Voucher as if it is cash, it cannot be replaced if it is lost or stolen. Gift Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be used to purchase another Gift Voucher. Please book for the full value of your Gift Voucher as no change will be given. Failure to arrive to your appointment (No Show) will result in your Gift Voucher becoming void. You MUST advise that you are using a Gift Voucher when you make your booking and this must be produced on arrival at Rejuvenate as proof of purchase, if no voucher is provided then Rejuvenate reserves the right to charge you in full or cancel your booking, resulting in your Gift Voucher becoming void. Please note that Rejuvenate operates with limited hours and we may not be able to accommodate you on the day or time you request, please keep this in mind when it comes close to your Gift Voucher expiry date and please book well in advance. Please note that with ALL specials and packages there are no substitutions, not transferable, not redeemable with any other promotion, package, Referral Card or Loyalty Card (and some have an expiry date) Please also note Blissful Feet cannot be added to Specials at the reduced price.
